
This was a picture of me at 204 pounds and man am I inspired! Here are my personal goals. Hey, you have to have something to work towards. Otherwise, where the heck are you going?
Exercise:
Walk 2-5 miles, 6 days per week
Food:
Eat as much organic and natural foods as possible. Always ask myself, "Is this good for my body/health?"
Weight:
Right now I am 235 pounds. I am 5'7" by the way. Sucky.
Anyways, my goal is to be 150 pounds. That's right... 85 pounds of fat I am going to get off my body! That's my first goal. Hey, I thought I was a hot mama at 204 pounds and a size 16. Sizzling!
I'm getting excited now. See, making goals is awesome!
